Addav1's Terms and Conditions

Welcome to addav1. These Terms and Conditions (referred to here as the "Terms") govern the use of the addav1 platform and all of its services. By registering on addav1 or using the platform, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Addav1 reserves the right to update its Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use addav1's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

• Owners of previously closed addav1 accounts are not permitted to register again.
• Each individual may register only one account.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false information is used to register, addav1 reserves the right to close the account without notice and the balance may be forfeited.

Once you open an account with addav1, you take on certain responsibilities as a member. While addav1 works to keep all member data secure, you are also responsible for the safety of your own account.

• Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party.
• Any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to addav1 immediately.
• As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to provide proof of identity and address.

Addav1 may request account verification at any time. If the required information is not provided within 7 business days of the request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Making a deposit on addav1 is quick and easy. You can deposit using all major payment methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Individual limits apply per payment method.

• Minimum deposit limit: BDT 200 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawing from addav1 is straightforward and transparent. However, certain rules apply to all withdrawals to ensure the platform's security and fairness.

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: BDT 500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, addav1 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals for verification.

Addav1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonuses and any associated winnings on the relevant account may be forfeited.

• Obscene, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward other members or addav1 staff is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or defraud the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to access another member's account is not permitted.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Addav1 must not be used for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.

Addav1 membership may be closed voluntarily or mandatorily. The following rules apply in both cases:

• Any member may request account closure by contacting support.
• Before voluntarily closing your account, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (subject to applicable conditions).
• If an addav1 account is closed due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
• A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• You have the right to appeal an account closure; contact support and the matter will be reviewed again.

As part of responsible gaming, if a member requests self-exclusion, addav1 will honour that request and lock the account for the specified period. No bonuses or promotional communications will be sent during the self-exclusion period.

Addav1 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That is why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming and have put measures in place to protect our members.

• Deposit Limits: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Automatically stops gaming activity once a set loss amount is reached.
• Session Time Reminder: A reminder to take a gaming break after a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to voluntarily deactivate your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
